Spirit Junkie, Gabby Bernstein
I’ve been reading this book for months – it always sits in my living room so its handy. If you’re wanting to transform portions of your life, or just re-jig your already great life – this is the book. It’s a great read – compelling, funny, real, down to earth, easy to pick up over and over again. Gabby writes just like she talks and inspires you to consider your perceptions and take action, however big or small.SELF-LOVE 101 WORKSHEET

I Can See Clearly Now, Dr Wayne Dyer
The title of this book pretty much says it all! Wayne Dyer is an author, motivational speaker and self-help pioneer. I can read or listen to him for hours and always come away with several AHA’s! Here’s one of his quotes I love: “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”

The Shopaholic Series, Sophie Kinsella
If your looking for an escape and some good laughs – the Shopaholic books are amazing. I love all of them – read some over a rainy weekend, some on the beach, on a plane, in bed. When I wanted to relax and not have a care in the world, these books were my go to.
Sometimes we just can’t figure out a way to do something….we may be looking for how to make it “perfect” or we may have told ourselves that we don’t know how. Very often fear comes into play and paralyses us. When that happens to me, and believe me it does, I look at this as a reminder that

How to Eat, Thich Nhat Hanh
I picked up this book when I wanted to find a way to be more mindful when I was eating. This is a small book and with a chapter being one page! I read a page before I eat my dinner every night and I think about it as I’m eating dinner – talk about being mindful! It works and is so simplistic – as it should be 🙂

The Good Bean Original salted roasted Chickpea snacks
The Good Bean is a terrific high protein snack that is satisfying and gives you all the nutrients you need in an organic snack. It’s also good for travelling as the package ziplock and it comes in single serving size too. Enjoy!
Traditional Medicinals Organic Peppermint Tea
“If you love peppermint, this is the tea for you – organic, fair trade and amazing fresh, cool flavour! Peppermint is said to enhance your dreams, and stimulate passion and creativity.”

Celestial Seasonings - Bengal Spice Tea
This is like dessert in a cup! It has a spice (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and vanilla) and a light Chai taste to it that puts the finishing touch on a good dinner or at the end of a long day. And there’s no caffeine – one of my regular go to’s. Enjoy!
Brent Brown - The Gifts of Imperfection
The subtitle – “let go of who you think you’re supposed to be and embrace who you are” – is a great way to describe why you’ll want to read this book. Brené has made a career out of studying difficult emotions such as fear and shamed and here she emphasizes that above all other ingredients of living an emotionally healthy life is the importance of loving ourselves. Touché!
