Nut & Seed Bread


This is great on its own – I have it with soup all the time.  Or you can toast it and spread some almond butter and a little bit of honey as a treat!  I store it in the fridge for several day or you can freeze it.



  • 3.5oz (100g) pumpkin seeds
  • 3.5oz (100g) sunflower seeds
  • 3.5oz (100g) almonds – I chop these
  • 3.5oz (100g) walnuts or pecans – I chop these
  • 3.5oz (100g) flax seeds
  • 3.5oz (100g) sesame seeds
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tsps salt – optional
  • 0.4 cup olive oil (can use other types of oil – ie avocado)


  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour


Provides 1 loaf = 20 slices
