Almond Dream Bites

Almonds are high in monounsaturated fat (a healthy type of fat) which has been known to reduce risk of heart disease. Monounsaturates are also a great source of energy making these bites an ideal accompaniment to your afternoon cuppa!



  • 6 tbsps ground raw almonds
  • 6 tbsps coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 2 tsps cacao
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  1. Mix together the ground almonds, melted oil stevia, cacoa and cinnamon.
  2. Scoop into an ice cube tray and pop in the freezer for at least one hour before serving
  3. Serve frozen when needed
