A Health Coach is a master of habit change, a cheerleader, a mentor, and a wellness authority who inspires, educates and empowers clients to reach their health goals through healthy diet and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients’ needs.
As your Health Coach my #1 job is to help you discover what is getting in the way of you achieving your health goals, and help you create a plan to blast through barriers so you can live life to its fullest.
Health is so much more than eating the right foods and doing the right exercises and that is why my practice integrates the three fundamental pillars of whole health: Nutrition, Mindfulness, and Movement. These pillars are briefly explained below and the concepts weave their way through every coaching session and weekly action steps ensuring they become part of your own intuitive health practice. You will find many valuable resources for each pillar in our Members Library.
Daily habits that create physical health also create mental health. Moving your body improves learning, memory and problem solving – and boosts your mood. A little exercise goes a long way. I’ll help you reap dramatic benefits for your body, brain and mind through movement.
